how to become more productive if you procrastinate often?
A few tips that, personally, helped me:
1. Set reminders.
It can be a beep or a notification, but the main thing is that you can't avoid it without interacting with it. It will be like a call to action for you. But it only works if you put meaning into it, not for the "productivity effect"
2. Rationally disperse plans
It is important that yours are diverse and similar at the same time. How is that?
Let's say you have 5 things to do for the day: Wash the dishes, clean the lawn, go for a walk with your dog, write an article and clean the carpet.
1. It is better to make all physical bodies first, but only mental ones, or alternate them.
2. It is better to start with something less difficult, for example: to wash the dishes and walk with the dog (if there are a lot of complicated cases, it is better to alternate them with simple ones)
3. Don't get distracted.
It seems logical and well-known advice, but not everyone follows it. I noticed that the same actions that I do may vary in length for HOURS, just because I'm distracted by tea, messenger and memes
