Wallet connection problems on mobile devices
On June 28, users who buy board coins through a mobile apps or website may have difficulty connecting their wallet and confirming transactions. This issue is related to an update to the Wallet Connect protocol. We are currently working on restoring the compatibility of the https://main.community website with the new version of the protocol.
To buy board coins or link your address to your account on a mobile device right now please use internal browser of your mobile wallet app and follow this guide:
1. Open your wallet mobile application (Trust Wallet or MetaMask).
2. Select the desired account for purchase (if you have more than one active address).
3. Go to the internal browser section in your wallet's mobile app.
4. Make sure you have the correct network selected – BNB Smart Chain.
5. In a wallet's internal browser, go to https://main.community website.
6. On the site, go to the board's page and click on the buy button.
7. Select the amount and confirm the transaction directly in your wallet.
If you want to buy board coins, you do not have to log into your account on the site.
If you want to link your address to your MAIN account, then you will need to log into your account.
Note! Trust Wallet and MetaMask wallets do not support Google login. To log into your account, you first need to add other login methods to your account on the https://main.community website. Then you will be able to log in to your MAIN account through the wallet's internal browser using a different method than Google.
