New Panasonic Let's Note laptop: eSIM, VGA connector, 1 kg weight and up to 16 hours of operation
Panasonic showed a new laptop of the Let's Note series. Externally, it is noticeably different from the usual models: a round touchpad, a removable battery and a 12.4-inch screen with an aspect ratio of 3:2. Among other functions, there were also several unusual solutions.
The hardware platform is represented by an Intel Core i7-1360P processor and 16 GB of RAM. Also inside you can find a removable battery, one charge of which is enough for nine hours of operation. In addition, an improved battery is available - with it the computer will work for 16 hours.
Another feature is the SIM card slot and built-in eSIM. The laptop boasts a large number of connectors: there are two Type-C ports with Thunderbolt support, HDMI input, three USB-A connectors, memory card slot, RJ45, audio input and VGA port.
AI functions are also announced. For example, a webcam is able to add noise and adjust the brightness of faces, and the microphone during a video call suppresses noise and extraneous voices. The computer can also darken the display when the user turns away from it, as well as lock and activate the screen if the owner walks away and approaches the laptop.
The novelty is available only in Japan, and its price has not yet been announced.
