Jay-Z's Viral "Brooklyn Zoo" Sneakers Finally Go On Auction as NFT
Relevant Customs, an underground sneaker manufacturer with significant ties to the celebrity world, is auctioning off an "artist-proven" pair of the iconic Brooklyn Zoo sneaker through ClubRare. With only ten pairs ever constructed, Jay-Brooklyn Z's Zoo custom sneaker went viral, and the item now sells for more than $25,000. Now, the artist has shown the sneaker's initial prototype, the same pattern used to make the other ten shoes. On June 21, the "Brooklyn Zoo" Jordans will be auctioned off as an NFT-supported, Metaverse-compatible item. This is the only pair of Brooklyn Zoo sneakers with web3 functionality.
ClubRare - "Phygital NFT" Solution
ClubRare is a web3 firm revolutionizing real-world logistics and shipping for collectibles funded by the NFT. The bespoke sneaker pair will be auctioned on ClubRare Marketplace and displayed in person at NFT. The dates are June 21-23 in New York City. ClubRare will be engaging the community and showcasing their novel "phygital NFT" solutions for tackling real-world shipping for NFT-backed collectibles as a platinum sponsor of the NFT.NYC conference. Paul Chung, the company's CEO, will discuss the future of e-commerce on the blockchain.
