FREE Universities
Guys do you know of some free universities in the U.S, Canada, or Australia? Knowing that I don't have IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, or ACT, it's kinda hard to find such a university but I have passion and determination.. Please if you know one send me a link, Email, or anything
