Coinbase NFT marketplace goes live in beta

Starting today, Coinbase's NFT marketplace is available to all users for viewing, however, only customers on the waiting list will be able to interact with the platform.
"Coinbase will be onboarding a small number of users into the beta for Coinbase NFT," said Sanchan Saxena, vice president of products at Coinbase.
Beta testers will be able to create a profile on the marketplace to buy and sell NFTs through Coinbase Wallet and MetaMask.
At the moment, the site only supports NFTs based on Ethereum. However, the company said that in the future, the marketplace will integrate other blockchains.
Coinbase also announced that it has partnered with the 0x protocol to streamline transactions and reduce gas fees.
