I use 4-4-2 tactics in Ultimate Champions. I like this kind of team setting the most. My choice is based on choosing strong players and choosing the right team.

That good but I use 4-3-3 for my own team with a strong player both defense and attacking in front of the goal post.

With this your 4-4-2 formation you us is ok but 4-3-3 is the best.
